This month we have two very different but equally brilliant episodes! Our first episode features our very own Women in Intensive Care Medicine Sub-Committee Chair, Dr Liz Thomas, discussing all things WICM. The second episode is on renal replacement therapy with podcast leads Gareth Thomas and Rik Bell.

Gareth Thomas speaks with Dr Liz Thomas (@lizgoingon) about the Women In Intensive Care Medicine Sub-Committee and the many facets of work it undertakes across the breadth of ICM. The discussion includes some of the challenges faced by women within medicine and ICM and looks to the future to how these challenges can be overcome.
