Assessment and Management of Coagulopathy and Specifics of Management of Ongoing MOH.

In part 1, you were presented with a 39-year-old multipara who suffered a postpartum haemorrhage (PPH) following a normal vaginal delivery which progressed to Major Obstetric Haemorrhage.

Despite timely and appropriate initial management, the patient continued with slow but significant ongoing bleeding. You suspect significant ongoing coagulopathy and are in the process of discussing more advanced interventions for MOH.
