The Academy of Medical Royal Colleges 2025 Update of the Code of Practice for the Diagnosis and Confirmation of Death will come into force on the 1st January 2025. To coincide with the updated 2025 Code of Practice, updated testing forms for Death using Neurological Criteria will be needed.
