As we head towards becoming the College of Intensive Care Medicine in July 2026, we want to understand from your perspective:

• What would you like the new College to offer or prioritise to ensure it truly meets your professional needs and supports you effectively?
• What member benefits are important for you? As member benefits are funded by a portion of your membership fees, it is important we prioritise those that will deliver the greatest value and impact for you.
• What CPD events or sessions would you like to see from CICM

We want to hear your views as we work together to create a new College that provides a unified voice representing the diversity of intensive care medicine.
