Volunteers needed! ICM National Recruitment 2024
Preparation has started for ICM National Recruitment August 2024. The ICM National Recruitment Office (ICMNRO) based at NHSE West Midlands, requires volunteers for Self-Assessment Verification, Self-Assessment review and Interview panel. Details of each of these areas and timelines for the completion can be found below:
Self-Assessment Verification
The Self-Assessment verification window will run from Thursday 1 February 2024 to Wednesday 14 February 2024.
You will be allocated a set number of applicants in which you will review their Self-Assessment documents on the online portal and score through the qpercom digital scoring system. You will have the whole window to review and score all applications allocated to you. It is important they are all complete by the last day in the window.

Self-Assessment Reviewer Sign-Up
ICMNRO require a number of consultants who will re-score an applicant when the applicant has appealed their score. Volunteers for this should be confident self-assessment verifiers, ideally, have been a verifier for us a number of times.
The window for the Self-Assessment reviews is Thursday 29 February 2024 to Wednesday 6 March 2024. If you are willing to help with the Self-Assessment reviews can we ask that you click the link below and fill out your details.

Online Interview Dates
ICMNRO will be holding the online interviews on the Qpercom interview platform on the following dates: (The timings for the interview days will be finalised closer to the date and confirmed, but please make yourself available for the whole day and book into your calendar when you have signed up).

Qpercom Interview Platform Training
Due to ICMNRO using the new Qpercom interview platform to run a multi-station online interview we will need all panel members who were not panel members for us last year to attend an online training session provided before the interview days. Dates for these training sessions will be provided closer to the date.
